VALENTINE'S DAY COLLAB

For Valentine's day we organized a collaboration with friend and colleague Francois Geurds

Frank Haasnoot's signature cake 'J'Adore' will available with limited numbers for Valentine's day.

FLAVOUR

Milk chocolate mousse, with Yuzu creme and Mandarin marmelade accompanied by chocolate biscuit and a crunchy layer of hazelnuts.

The cake is finished with Shiny red glaze and decorated with Dark chocolate Rose.

The cake serves 6 to 8 people.
