VALENTINE'S DAY COLLAB ASIA

 

For Valentine's day we organized a collaboration with friend pastry chefs that are based in Seoul, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Frank Haasnoot's signature cake 'J'Adore' will available with limited numbers for Valentine's day.

FLAVOUR

Light Cherry mousse, with Sakura tea cream and Cherry jelly accompanied by Almond biscuit and a crunchy layer of Almond crumble.

The cake is finished with Shiny red glaze and decorated with Dark chocolate Rose.

The cake serves 6 people.

Pas à Pas Desserts is a beautiful pastry studio in the heart of Seoul, owned by the  lovely pastry chef Sophia.

Several years ago Frank has taught a pastry class in her studio.

Le Matin Patisserie is a cool pastry studio in the centre of Singapore, owned by the amazing pastry chef Matin.

Frank and Matin got to know each other after Frank has visited some of the world best restaurant where Matin was working at that time.

So after all these years of catching up it is nice to organize this collaboration together.
