Shipping service uses PostNL . Your shipping options and cost will be outlined at the time of checkout.

Delivery and lead times

In Europe our parcels are delivered a minimum of 72 hours following the day on which you made your order.

This means that orders placed on:


Monday are estimated to arrive on Wednesday;

Tuesday are estimated to arrive on Thursday;

Wednesday are estimated to arrive on Friday;

Thursday are estimated to arrive on Monday;

Friday are estimated to arrive on Wednesday;

Saturday or Sunday are estimated to arrive on Wednesday.


Any orders outside of Europe can take up to one week following the day on which you made the order.

Due to Covid-19 all deliveries are taking longer then expected, for deliveries outside the Europe it can take up to more then one month.

Tracking your parcel

Once your order has left our workshop, you will receive an email from the service provider informing you that your parcel is due for delivery. You will then be able to track your parcel at any time.


We take the utmost care in packaging your products so that they are protected against damage during transport.

Country of delivery

We ship internationally using mainly PostNL, prices are available at checkout.
Be aware that our FH X TV chocolate boxes (4 pcs, 8 pcs & 12 pcs) will only be shipped to European countries.

We are available to find a solution to your problems and respond to your questions from Monday to Friday.

If your shipment doesn't arrive due to a mistake in the shipping address.

Frank Haasnoot Shop can send the order again only after the shipment has been send retour and after the client has paid the shipping cost for the second shipment.
